View from our window at the Marriott. Our first day was the only day we had calm water. Waves came in the next day and there were no floats out in the water and what beach we had was washed away. All the hotel guests were clustered around the pool for the whole week. On our last day the surf calmed down. Warm weather, good books, delicious food and drink . . . what's not to like?
Miami to Havana (via Uber)

We stopped in Miami before flying to Grand Cayman and took a culinary walking tour of Little Havana. This bandstand is at the historic Ball and Chain Bar where music, (good music!) is played all day 7 days a week. Great mojitos, too.
