Cruise Day 5: Cartagena, Columbia

Cartagena is a big, busy (very hot) port city. Being adventurous, we eschewed the cruise tours and took a cab into the old walled city. It is another world there with preserved architecture and cobbled streets. We only had from 7am to 12:30pm here so it was definitely just a peek at this interesting place. Our taxi driver was as good as a tour guide for only $3.00 ea. (one way) and he picked us up right on time to get back to the ship before sailing.
